A transaction coordinator is an analytical individual who is able to respond well to stressful situations in all aspects of real estate. The transaction coordinator is responsible for the staffing, training, and financial management as well as running effective communication systems and managing all transactions. Transaction coordinators assess and monitor the progress of sales to meet important deadlines and ensure contingencies are released. Transaction coordinators manage times with lenders, title companies, and inspectors to complete the transaction processes. Transaction Coordinators also handle pay-sheets and deposit monies. It is highly recommended to be a licensed real estate agent in any areas being serviced.
A Listing Coordinator is an outgoing, detail-oriented individual who coordinates all home listings. A Listing Coordinator is well versed in time management and plans ahead in order to improve the efficiency of selling homes. Listing Coordinators prepare and distribute marketing materials for our listings. They additionally manage REO properties, and scheduling of updates and inspections on listed homes prior to sale. Listing Coordinators collaborate with the whole team, vendors, and outside clients and agents.
A showing agent is a licensed individual able to perform daily activities such as: showing homes, developing client relationships and building their trust. Showing agents have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in order to achieve team success and be committed to growing their own skills.
What to expect when you apply
Step 1: Application
Candidate’s submitted application will be reviewed.
Step 2: Phone Interview
Candidate will be invited to a phone call where the resume is reviewed and motivations are uncovered.
Step 3: KPA Assessment
Candidate will be invited to take a Keller Personality Assessment that we use to understand behavioral strengths in relation to the position they applied for.
Step 4: Job fit and Thought Process Interview
Invitation for the first interview to review the candidate’s job fit and thought process.
Step 5: Life Story & Motivation Interview
Invitation to candidate for second interview to discuss major life events and major motivators.
Step 6: Group Interview
The candidate meets with other members of the organization to feel out cultural fit.
Step 7: References
Candidate’s references are called and reviewed.
Step 8: Final Decision
Candidate is called in to review final decision.
