Here’s a brief look at what makes Exton, PA a great place to live and work.

As a vibrant crossroads community, Exton exemplifies what it means to live, work, and play in Chester County. Though it prides itself on maintaining its own unique flavor, this town is just a skip away from the major roadways that take you to Philadelphia and the airport. Today I’m excited to bring you along for a tour of everything that makes Exton great.

At 1:00 in the video above, you can meet Laurie Ryan, president of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce. Laurie continues a mission that started almost 50 years ago when a group of businessmen recognized the importance of the Route 30 and Route 100 crossroads and pushed for a bypass to go through Exton. These community leaders faced a unique challenge: Preserving the country feel of Chester County while also creating a platform for economic growth in their city. Today, Exton is embracing growth, welcoming newcomers, and going stronger economically because of it. As Laurie put it best: “Whether you’re looking for somewhere to live, work, or play, Exton, might be your answer. We hope to see you around.”

“There’s something for everyone here in the Exton region.”

At 1:45 in the video above, you can meet Josh, a representative of First Resource Bank, and Patrycja, the owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes. First Resource Bank is proud to serve the banking needs of the community and continuously earn the trust of local customers. For Patrycja, the support her store has received through its first couple of years in Exton is everything she could’ve hoped for. “Living and working in Exton is amazing,” she said. “You can find everything here. It’s like having your cake and eating it too!”

At 2:27 in the video above we meet Cindy, a representative from Ashbridge Exton, one of Exton’s exciting new apartment communities. From Ashbridge, you can walk to the train station, cross the street to grab a drink at World of Beer, enjoy some cinema at the Movie Tavern, and much more; its location can’t be beat. “Exton has been changing so much over the last year, or year and a half,” Cindy said. “It’s been so exciting to be part of it, and we can’t wait to see what’s left to come.”
