As of Friday, June 26, 2020, Chester County is entering the Green Phase of the COVID-19 reopening plan. We know the phases can be confusing, so we are here to provide a crash course on what you can and can’t do in the green phase!

  1. Businesses will resume operations, but CDC and Department of Health guidelines are still applied.

  2. Businesses will likely operate at less than 75% capacity.

  3. Restaurants can operate indoors, but must be at no more than 50% capacity

  4. Malls, Theaters, Museums, and Casinos can operate at 50% capacity, as well.

  5. Hair Salons will reopen, by appointment only, and operating at 50% capacity.

  6. Gyms and Spas will reopen, with appointments encouraged.

  7. Recreational Club and Youth sports can resume.

  8. Schools can reopen in person; however, they must create a health and safety procedures guided by the CDC.

  9. Any gatherings of over 250 people are prohibited.

  10. Hospital and Prison visits can resume, but nursing home visitation is still prohibited.

  11. Professional sports team can play and practice without fans present. They must create a safety plan prior to have this approved.
